tl;dr: Misdemeanor charge of reckless discharge of a firearm. Maximum penalty includes 1 year in jail, 1 year probation, and a $1,000 fine.
>Only a year
I guess "forever" was too hopeful but I'd rather get to forget about this faggot existing for like three years.
Any chance we can have respectable citizen Austin Curtis Peterson's criminal charges magically transferred to this sapient pimple for reason of being slightly less of a disruption and twenty times more entertaining?

bro just shot a dead gator lol, he wasn't aiming up, there wasn't anybody nearby, there was no possibility of anybody getting hurt. I understand there are laws and they can't just let celebrities walk because standards have to be enforced. but Clav is just a harmless autistic kid. c'mon, man.
I hope everyone wishing all this bad shit upon him is just young. I can't imagine more pathetic behavior than being 30+ and seeing 20 y/o Clav as anything other than a dumb kid whose making extremely poor decisions in his youth. I hope he gets better but when you have an entire fanbase cheering on your worst aspects, it doesn't seem likely.

Sure, it's a misdemeanor, he probably won't get the maximum sentence. Right?

Wrong! I have an exclusive picture of the judge:

Clav isn't the devil, he's not a chomo or an animal abuser or someone truly beyond redemption, but he's also not benign. He sells a very damaging philosophy to kids. I don't want him to die, but I think it would legitimately improve his life if he ever had to face some consequences for his stupid decisions.

I wonder if getting banned from streaming will be part of his probation.
Very unlikely as that very quickly becomes a constitutional question. The livestreaming wasn't really relevant to the crime he is charged with, it would have been just as illegal if he wasn't streaming. It did provide some very clear evidence though!

He raped a girl after he got her drunk and he also injected i think the same girl with some weird drug on screen during a livestream after he said hed help her looksmaxx. Hes bad enough to deserve a trip through a wood chipper and be forgotten about. Hes from new Jersey, the world is going to lose nothing when hes gone.
Nothing ever happens. Lolcows have titanium plot armor and are immune to all consequence, social, biological, or legal.

An overdose couldn't kill him for fucks sake.
Hes gonna get parents money to fight it for ever and that's going to strengthen the idea hes done nothing wrong and its everyone else but him.
