It's a lot harder to protect the President when you've been gutshot by a spastic trying to quickdraw on a guy instead of positioning himself and his weapon so that he can aim down the path of the target and.. actually hit him.
Which is great if you've got the time to do that. As we've seen from the video, they did not have that kind of time, he was already in a full sprint. By the time he had found a position, he would have already breached the next perimeter level, and no one GOT crossfired. They're charging HIM with the one shot taken on the secret service, which was obviously from a shotgun. When you are trained law enforcement whose job is to react quickly to instant, sometimes 2-second threat windows, you are trained to act on the instinct you hone, and that's one of the reasons why this sort of law enforcement undergoes more rigorous training and testing.
I agree it's important if at all possible to clear crossfire areas, but this was not a situation where it was possible. The entire incident went down in less than 10 seconds. Imagine you're the secret service agent who HAD a shot on this guy, as they did, and instead of taking it, like they did, you just don't. Trump, Vance, and a bunch of other high ranking and important people are dead, and you get to explain why you didn't take the shot because you were crouching behind a table to steady your hand for the shot and get a clearer angle, which in this case would mean literally firing TOWARD the room they were trying to protect, thus increasing the risk for the POTUS and others.
You playing dumb to the Aliyah (right of return) doesn't work when folks realise anyone that can prove they are jewish qualifies for the ability to get citizenship to Israel.
How is it Fine's fault if it's a thing another country allows him to do that he isn't? I'm in favor of banning that from being allowed, but that's a decision Israel extends out, not something Fine has taken advantage of, so how is Fine a hypocrite in this case? He ISN'T a dual citizen, and has not requested it. His bill also does not make an exception for anyone who would become Israeli or is Israeli, and IF THEY DID leave, how would they continue representing someone in Congress if they're on the run from the police in another country?
