There are TONS of "viewers" that count as views that are not site users, such as myself who are unable to leave any kind of feedback (likes, dislikes, comments, chats) because they are not interested in creating account on Rumble. I think he knows that these dislikes are just a tip of an iceberg.

Anytime I have watched these streams for short durations I have witnessed the view count inorganically gain and/or lose several hundred viewers within a 30 second timespan.
