Sultanate of Oman: Two residents injured in the targeting of a residential building for employees of a company in "Bukha."



Right now CENTCOM Commander Admiral Brad Cooper is on a call with journalists.

He says 15,000 U.S. service members are involved in the Project Freedom effort to help commercial vessels pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

He says the IRGC has launched drones and missiles to try to disrupt the mission over the last several hours.

He says 6 Iranian small boats were eliminated this morning\

ADS-B isn't accurate, especially when there's GPS jamming going on and we aren't going to be sending in a P-8 or a KC-46, which ever one it was, into Iranian airspace. It's currently 2048 in Tehran and the sun just set about two hours ago so don't expect any bombings until tonight if you're in the best timezone, EST. We also have to launch bombers and other strike aircraft and that takes a few hours.

Its likely they are firing a bunch of shit at our boats we are just intercepting it and keeping it quiet for now. This makes it look like they are just attacking random arabs. We didn't even report sinking their boats until much later after it happened. Imagine your great attack ends up a simple footnote in a press conference.
