The kids might be better off not relying on Nick for anything as soon as they're adults. Still, from what we've been able to see, these kids have been trained to be helpless. Between school and all the extracurriculars, I doubt these kids have had any time to figure out how they function without mandatory structure.

Mom has taught them to indulge and laze around when they're off the clock. Dad has taught them to not ask for help unless they want to be made fun of or punished. You have 5 individuals that are expected to figure everything out themselves, while being conditioned to not explore outside of an enforced structure.

tldr It's a grim fucking picture.

My theory is that Nick won't pay for the education of his children because the trust fund he benefits from already has some sort of provision that will take care of it without him needing to do anything. But what Nick doesn't understand is that if you're wealthy but you refuse to help your children with their education as some sort of retarded lolbertarian rebellion against "the system", you just look like a fucking asshole. And if you suggest they should go into content creation instead of getting an education, now you look like a fucking retard AND an asshole. There are zero fucking upsides saying this shit to anyone who isn't room-temperature IQ.

He could've easily said, "The costs of education for my children has been taken care of," but has to go so far as to say, "Actually no, I'm not giving them a fucking thing, and actually being a content creator is great because college is for brainwashed faggots if you wanna know the truth about it," as if it's some sort of virtue. It's like he's not even considering the possibility that his children might want to get an education that isn't from university (e.g. trade school) and they don't want to deal with social media bullshit, ESPECIALLY now that he's effectively fucked up the reputation of his family's name forever. Even if they wanted to be "influencers", he already fucked it up for them, like he fucks up everything else for everyone else. His children already get made fun of because of his dumb ass, you really think even then that they still want to try to "make it" as influencers just to immediately be reminded at the first opportunity that their dad was outed as some cokehead swinger faggot? But it doesn't matter: his kids' educations, should any of them want one, is not his problem; that money will come from (his) mommy, like everything else.
