Having just watched Zootopia 2 the other night, I can say it's not as good as the first one. It leans too heavily on gags based on the first film, jumps around like a Saturday morning cartoon on crack and every character is an annoying parody of the ones seen last time.
I feel like the regressed chracter development too for the sole purpose of retreading the same ground insofar as Nick and Judy's friendship. It made it painful to watch at times. There's also a lot more blunt racial politics in the film, with a rich white-coded family all being cartoonishly evil (because that's how all white people are) of course.
I'm actually interested to see what happens with this. The weaboo community has been having some interesting drama since the "urban yoof" started to get involved and you saw more and more black/brown people get publicly involved in online discussion spaces, it happened almost in lockstep with the banning/removal of most public loli/shotacon (from large venues, it still exists and is still sold and discussed at cons, but ever since hood weebs started to gain more influence in the community I have noticed many websites outright banning it and conventions now sell it much more cloak and dagger, it used to be displayed far more openly) and I am wondering if the same would happen to the furfag space if more basketball enthusiasts get involved. I know that big famous furfag a few years back was a gay nigger but niggers traditionally really really hate open homosexuality. It does seem to be going more mainstream as I see black twitter talking about "furry baddies" more and more often and my normal person accounts on socials keep seeing more and more furry shortform content despite being airgapped from the machine I use to post here.
IDK, it will be interesting to see what happens as furfaggotry goes more and more mainstream, personally I am hoping that it going mainstream waters it down enough that the idea of a community starts to break apart and much like anime it becomes just another thing to consume or a slight kink.
Judging by his awful handwriting and explanation, I figured I'd watch for mistakes and indeed there's one. When he introduces aleph numbers close to the 6 minute mark, he says the real numbers have a cardinality of ℵ₁, in other words, that the real numbers posses the second smallest infinite cardinal. This is known as the continuum hypothesis and it's bs undecidable under ZFC meaning you can't prove it true or false.
N Space is correct. It's even worse. A little later in the video he says the power set of the reals has cardinality Aleph 2. It's possible that the strangest thing in a video with a furry barking set theory is that he silently believes the Generalized Continuum Hypothesis.
Whatever happened to that stereotypical American geeky guy working in IT? Why is IT suddenly now seemingly full of "furries", "transgenders", and foreigners from only India?
I've iterated on this many times in the past, in this very thread I think (and elsewhere), but it had to do with the meritocracy days of hiring where IT professionals wound up being largely white autistic and affluent men. They had no kids because they were spergy or gay, so they had the free time and disposable income to pursue furry stuff.
You can trace the beginning of the downfall exactly to Steve Jobs' niggerphone that let any retard with $300 online and immediately start shitting up everything with their retard opinions. The further proliferation of "smart" devices accelerated the rot exponentially.
Source: I'm one of the spergy autistic white men who had a hand in building/contributing to the fandom. A few of my colleagues were also like me.
I did hear someone say "Children and teenagers reject authority and authority figures, with all this DEI look who's now an 'Authority figure' and realise that this is all going to collapse for them"
Clown World rose after the fall of Occupy, which was just a few years after Steve Jobs released the iPhone. And right after the fall of Occupy, Anita Sarkeesian made up that "Tropes vs. Women" propaganda of "men bad", and "Tumblr" became an online insane asylum with that "privilege" and over 9000 "genders" bullshit. Then the shit really hit that fan by the time Trump won in 2016, leading to seemingly almost every other person in America going crazy. And all the while, "furries" have been getting ever more popular...
tl;dr: That "smartphone" going mainstream has led to Clown World, and Steve Jobs really should've just made another desktop computer design instead, like clear fruity iMacs.
I remember when the rot first set in, plus it actually hurts watching stuff I made/contributed to being turned against the very people I made the stuff for.

Fun fact if a child grows up in a heavily progressive household, they are more likely to end up conservative leaning than progressive leaning, unless the parents beat the progressive ideas into them.
They were a community, they had their own specific forums and all that, before anime became mainstream they had a whole thing around watching it as an identity.

I might make a proper thread or comment about this if there's enough meat on it but I've had this lying around for a while and now I'm mostly just jutting it down for documentation. Excuse the poor formatting.
One of the banner ads on furry website e621 leads to a site called furryparty.shop or furrypartystudio. Some Asian place selling various sex toys and the kind of generic coomer fiqurines you'd associate with weebs, but furry.
One of the things sold on this site is two series of animal themed masturbators/cocksleeves (1, 2). Each of which have a product video of some guy moving the toys around the show them of.
What's notable about these (other than the unintentionally creepy/hilarious design), and the reason I'm writing this, is that the voice of one or more children can clearly be heard talking in the background. Seemingly to some adult woman. Granted the child isn't interacting with the cameraman or toys but is seemingly in the near vicinity of this being filmed. From the audio it sounds like the person filming is doing so in a large building/room which the child just entered. It's unknown if this is filmed in view of the child. Traffic can also be heard suggesting this might be in a room one enters directly from the street.
An example of the child(ren) speaking can be heard in the very first video (sheep toy)
I don't speak whatever language this is, perhaps some kiwis could identify what the kid is saying?
I wasn't able to find other sites selling this "brand" but that might be due to the language barrier so the jury is still out on whether these products and the videos should be considered the creation of furryparty.
Some highlights from the other models:
Now YOU can own a chicken with a giant red pussy!

Dog that screams "snuff video" even though it isn't realistic.
That thing on its chest is supposed to be a bra, I think.
Dolphin/whale with hole in its tail. Notable because its shape makes it look like it would be impossible to clean.

Looking up TPE, (the material that all of these are made from) it stands for "thermoplastic elastomer" and sex toys made of this apparently have a problem with "sweating"
Don't want to fuck "sweating" replicas of real life animals filmed with a kid talking in the background? Worry not, furryparty also lets you fuck the mushroom from plants vs zombies! link Yes this hole is meant for what you think.

This is pretty much the remark that the people I've stayed in touch with say regarding all of their things, at least the ones who'd made contributions that wound up being "substantial" or "important" or however you want to define that metric. Art and the way people interact with and interpret it is fluid, but I cannot deny that seeing something you made get corrupted by literal gay retards is the least bit enjoyable to watch. I know Pepe the frog is a dumb meme, but I can see how the original artist felt. Politics or not I'd be pissed off if something I made wound up becoming so twisted too.
I kinda want to see a thread that's just Barry and Zoider describing the fully history of furry from their perspective, since A. First hand (greymuzzle, lol lol lol) experience from when all this shit was being built, B. A refreshing willingness to not pull punches and C. A refreshing willingness to stay on topic without all the normal bullshit ("roundhouse kick a" and so on).

The site is Asian, so this makes me think it's a showroom or public convention hall being filmed in. It's fairly common for sellers at Japanese trade shows to shoot product commercials right on the floor (IE: look up videos by people showing off the newest toys from any Bandai toy show, audio will clue you in that it's being shot in public). As to why there are children in the background for this....I can think of a few reasons, none of them particularly spectacular, but I'd doubt it's intentionally nefarious. Someone trying to slyly get kids involved with sex stuff tend to no remain in business long, even in Japan.
