Back in Kino-ween last year, I set a goal that I would spend time clipping a livestream episode of Jer every day. This was because KC had just started making Jer one of the main characters, and I wanted to help out the show because it seemed to actually be getting Jer to react in a way that I interpreted as him actually feeling the pressure for once, which is all I really wanted. Watching Jer, uncut, every day for a month, will cause legitimate psychic damage, and I used to comment as such when making my posts. I can't overstate how awful it is having to watch Jer's livestreams. His videos are awful, insufferable, etc., but the livestreams are torturous.

PPP then started clipping Jer's daily streams, and I thought my efforts would be wasted because he was already doing it anyways. I can't articulate how grateful I am that so many other people are getting in on this. Jer is a massive piece of shit who deserves it, and for the many viewers who are only being exposed to Jer via the clips or the show - I need you to know he's worse than what you see. You do see the worst of him, but you don't see the breadth of it, only the depth.

Although I don't possess the fortitude to clip Jer's streams long-term, I am working on other projects in the meantime trying to support those felting Jer. I hope they pay off. But in the meantime, those tough enough (or insane enough, lmfao) to so regularly delve into the depths of evil, I salute you.

It sounds retarded. Nick Fuentes and Alex Jones are way more radioactive for YouTube than PPP and Warski, and I don't think it's hard at all to find clips of Nick or Alex Jones on their. Also, if Flake owned the channel and the clips were clearly transformative, I don't really see how it's any different than any other number of streamers who stream off platform and later have clips uploaded.
Also this guy is talking about a few years ago like YouTube ToS policy doesn't constantly change.

YouTube can ban what they deem as essentially a persona non grata, as long as the reason for that status is not a protected characteristic. However, with the recent unbanning of Warski's channel, that would imply that either PPP is the persona non grata, or they have reversed their stance on Warski.

Ultimately I don't think this is going to be resolved through ToS or lawyers. I'm guessing it's going to be resolved based on selective enforcement, or non-enforcement, as YT will continue to do whatever the fuck they want, whenever they want it, and it's unlikely anyone is willing or able to do anything about that. H3 unironically probably has the highest chance of getting the clips channel restored if he is willing to put in the effort.

I believe this is significant because Allison Mack, the wife of Jer's NXIVM connection, was on Smallville. Maybe it's a coincidence, but I find it hard to believe it just happens to be the same show. Hoping people on here can do some more digging into it.

I'd keep doing it if I didn't have irl concerns like I didn't last year, I just don't have the temperance to deal with Jer every day clipping him when I've got my immediate vicinity to keep in check. If I was a retired millionaire like KC likes to joke about, I think it's doody streams(?), I'd have the fortitude to keep going, as he is a lulz-factory. But now that he's getting aggressive and crossing lines, roles change. I'm hoping my other efforts can yield more fruit than clipping another stream where he sexually harasses everyone and lies through his teeth about everything. After all, there isn't much difference between having 1000 examples of a shitty behavior, and having 1001 examples of it.
