Fucking finally. Jesus Christ, this whole thing has draged on for way too long.

Its still a maybe in my opinion due to the barneswalker's medical issues. There are alot of unanswered questions in that area still. Nick should be getting different representation now if the trial is in June. But I would almost count on them asking for a medical delay as the date gets closer.

Is that the Doctor Steve from Lady Di/O&A lore?

Yes. Melton has...fluid...in his back.

Edit - he had a panel at Hackamania where he was rating shit pictures people sent in according to the Bristol Stool Scale. Which is a step up from a couple years ago where he did a prostate check on a few people live (and I say this as a fan of Dr. Steve.)

I don't even understand the delay tactic at this point. The TRO (if it was actually enforced) is more of a burden than anything else.

After court, Nick went up behind Aaron and his lawyer, and screeched, MAYBE YOU SHOULD LOOK UP THE STATUTE ON HARASSMENT AND MAYBE TAKE A CLE ON IT. To which Aaron's lawyer turned around and asked, "What did you say?" Nick repeated it. Aaron's lawyer replies, "I'm just kidding, I heard you." Apparently the judge saw it.
The palpable irony of this dickless wonder screaming at active, licenced attorneys with clients to take CLEs when he's getting owned by the OLPR.
Also Nick, screaming at the other party doesn't exactly instil confidence that your winning.

This sordid and one sided love/hate story can only end in a murder suicide.

The Toe might want to move to another state. Forestall this homosexual inevitablility if he can.

This is too amazing to be real. He literally harassed the guy with an HRO application out on him just so he could tell them to look up the statute on harassment? In front of the judge overseeing the court case?

His strategy since the beginning never made any sense. If he had just accepted a negotiated HRO for a year at the start of this, the HRO would be close to over already. Instead he has live under a TRO for every day of delay and the eventual HRO will be a whole new year when its granted.

Unfortunately, the judge is going to determine that the back of Aaron's head instigated this encounter, and therefore violated the Kayla HRO.

When Aaron went into court, there was already another hearing going on. Someone (he didn't name who), writes something down to Aaron, that Nick yelled at this individual outside the courtroom.

Edit: Lawyer quote, per Aaron, corrected.
"Am I cool yet Melton? Notice me Dick! Did I mention Aaron ate my goo?"

Melton had a doctor's note... from Doctor Steve.
Because of the suspicious no-show, Melton's case is TBC.

If this is true, I think we're going to get a new season of Balldo. The fun starts when he starts screeching e.g "I HOPE YOU GET GONORRHEA AND DIE".

I do no know much about Nick but if he’s a lawyer wouldn’t the prosecution have a really annoying case against this guy? He knows all of the loopholes and different things he can bend the law to do so I don’t see why he wouldn’t be extremely annoying to prosecute.

Funny that Nick told someone else about taking CLE classes when he couldn't bother doing it.
Cocaine logic told him that it would be a sick burn because of how much the idea of CLE makes him seethe.

His license is lapsed, he is supposedly facing disciplinary action, all he knows is how to ineffectively dissemble, he doesn't know the letter or the practice of law, but he is very annoying to prosecute.

He's quite literally given himself brain damage from substance abuse. This is a civil matter so he won't be prosecuted, but even if that wasn't the case (and he was representing himself), he's dent who will invest all his time into stupid, hopeless longshot arguments while neglecting to make the actual important ones. And because he is a (non-practicing) lawyer, he's extra confident in his very dumb ideas.
