You're mad about someone making an "I wouldn't even rape you" reference for the sole intent of pissing someone off in a funny way. On a forum where 75% of the content is people talking about how they wish entire races were extinguished, fat pillheads huffing shit, and a thread consisting solely of human beings dying. Where most people understand "I wouldn't even rape you" is a historically funny moment due to the sheer absurdity of it. You are not above the trash you live in and neither am I.

Nigger I'm supposed to interpret a bitch saying the most nothing milquetoast comment about something as some grand statement of her emotional state. Fuck off. Expecting people to articulate themselves is not some big ask, men do it every day. Maybe women should aspire to be more than a rib and transcend into an actual human. Then they'd not find explaining themselves or having a concrete personality some monumental task.

Adding to what Squanto said, healthy relationships don't need "control". They function on agreed boundaries and mutual respect for them. If you feel like you need to control your partner or vice versa, there's something terribly wrong here. Isolating from friends/family is also really alarming.

Secret relationships are always suspect at best. Often, people do this because so they can keep someone as a sort've "placeholder" while not discouraging other prospects by having a partner.

I started talking to a girl online (yes she is a true and honest woman) maybe 5ish days ago and we've been hitting it off. The problem is we live in vastly different time zones so the amount of time we can actually talk is pretty limited. The quick rundown is we have a lot of shared interests and beliefs and our conversations have bordered on flirting at times, but the problem is she's said (publicly, not to me directly) that she is only looking for friends unless she finds someone special. Do I even need to let her know I have feelings for her, or will she approach me in that way if she has feelings for me?

As far as it being long distance, I have the means and will to travel for visits and possibly move if it goes that far. We haven't talked about that since it'd kinda be putting the cart in front of the horse, but she might consider that distance an obstacle if I don't get the chance to explain I'm willing to overcome it. So it feels like I'm between a rock and a hard place.

On one hand I want to tell her how I feel but on the other we haven't been talking that long and dumping all this could be way too much way too fast. What do?
