Trailer Trash is the word that comes to mind for me looking at that photo. At least in her case.

I think facial details on both of them have been retouched. Comparing her face in her last online appearance to this photo doesn't quite seem right.

She is full of bad tattoos in the wrong places. She should have had a different dress to cover them up. All that expensive cosmetic surgery she did seems to have gone in reverse (or was badly done). And she is the sort of fat chick that Nick hates and the type of women that Juju has repeatedly said that given the choice he would rather do a man.

Nick on the other hand still doesn't know how to dress himself and looks gay. He spent all that time correcting his face in the photo while he apparently couldn't be bothered to look at that gut he is sporting.
