Depends on the circumstances, as long as it doesn't seem unjustifiable and petty it's fair to say a number of people don't mind the idea. Mueller was no bridge builder and has done nothing to make himself liked by Trump. The same can be said about the Democratic Party in general, even though there are some outliers (who have faced internal opposition for going against the party).
