Basically, mail-in ballots will be banned outside of some extreme cases like military. This means that rural people will need to drive to a polling place. Alternatively, there would be a process where you need to bring your proof of citizenship to a DMV or something for a one-time registration. I assume once you are registered, you can mail-in until the next time you need to register (i.e. move).

There are different versions of the SAVE act. Not sure what version is in the Senate.

Mail In ballots could be made to work if you had voter ID by having a double layer of safety. Basically you put your voter ID on the ballot mail, and it gets to the voting station. There they would check the data and if it matches to the real deal and confirms you are a voter then can rip the thing open and have a second envelope inside with no identifying marks or tracking which is then added to a pile so it is randomized and the vote can be secret.

When he started getting big and doing his America First stuff, doing the groyper thing to mock old conservatives (and normie conservatives, one of his first big plays was trolling Charlie Kirk by basically having groypers ask him what gay sex and israel have to do with America First) he had the momentum to turn his show and plataform into a actual force for change. He could just as easily have had his fans go to GOP primaries and push his ideas, find more edge candidates to partner with and boost, stuff like that.
