if the name sounds familiar, that's because this is one of the faggot judges that blocked deportations in 2025, and has continued to do so into 2026. he wanted to stop 'third country deportations' where migrants have tried to say that their home country is too dangerous so they should be allowed to stay, and we've worked out arrangements with other countries to deport them there. the supreme court stayed this 7-2, because this is obviously fucking retarded. in february he attempted to literally vacate the entire third party deportation as unlawful, and it only got stayed by an appeals court TODAY, though he had admittedly stayed the order himself after 15 days to allow them to appeal, presumably realizing that he was going to fuck everything the dem activist judges are doing up if he tried to block an appeals process that should be allowed legitimately.

this guy has not managed to do a single thing to the trump admin but be a pain in their ass, the exact thing he's supposed to do. try and grind them down with the process so they stop. unfortunately, because he's a new judge and a retard, he doesn't get much leeway at all and appeals courts did not hesitate to stay his rulings because they didn't like how they looked.
