Add Carson City (which appears to be an independent city/merged city county) and Lincoln County to the list as well please, it looks like he drafted an initiative for Carson City and somehow assembled a petitioners' committee in Churchill, Lincoln County.

Preliminary info: Russ has never contacted the DA of Lincoln County (though she is aware of him). It appears that Lincoln County is also in possession of some Russ communications that we were previously unaware of. I'm currently making inquiries to see about getting a copies of those records.

Love your optimism but don't share it, unless Viatron is serious about filing a criminal complaint and the local DA takes the case he can just keep ignoring sanctions and finding new marks for housing. Even if the DA does take the case s/he + Viatron would have to be so out for blood that a plea bargain involving fines + probation was off the table.

Remember, Schaefer either didn't do a background check on Russ or did one but looked past the eviction. Was that a huge mistake? Yes and now he's learning the hard way. Is he literally the dumbest landlord in Vegas? Unlikely and that's why I think Russ will find an answer that doesn't involve an Internet/litigation ban like a group home or moving back in with parents.

ETA: There is always Vexatious Litigant designation but that entails more time + money than a regular dismissal with no guarantee of success, which ties back to 'Viatron would have to really be out for blood for this to even be possible'.

You have to appreciate Rusty, only he would think he could sue the SoS for something that is a blatant fraud and get away with it, when his own activities prove that his lawsuit is brought completely in bad faith. It truly boggles the mind.

With any luck the SoS will "find" this document so said bad faith can be clearly demonstrated to the court.
