This mortgage thing just sounds exactly like what Bill Clinton did that directly led to the housing bubble. The third-party building inspector thing also sounds like it will be used by slumlords to give an A+ to every lead-painted, asbestos-filled, dilapidated shithole in the northeast.
On the other hand regulations have been historically corrupted to just be used as another type of way for public officials to obtain bribes and manipulate who gets greenlit and who gets blocked from doing things because the bureaucracy never works solely for the good of the people.

That EO is meaningless, it has no force of law. The President doesn't write state/local law by royal decree.

You suppose they'll make city inspectors illegal or something? Just call those niggers if you suspect some kikery is afoot.
If it's a game of who has the most money to offer a bribe that's definitely going to be a landlord or property firm. I recently had to weasel out of a situation like this (the building was in extremely bad shape) so I'm not pleased to see so much power being handed over to these people.

Yeah, third-party inpsectors and Jeet landlords seems like a match made in Hell

Judges are cowards. They are mostly academia nerds who think a push-up is too hard, think the mere accusation of racism against BIPOCS is life ending, and that society is dictated alone in conflict theory.

It’s not surprising that 99% of them are like this, with law backgrounds and how they get into power.
Part of it is that but a big part of it is that our prisons are all stuffed to overflowing. Most prisons don't even have enough cells for the rapists and murderers let alone people convicted of assault and lesser violent crimes.

Compounding this issue is that most states have zoning laws that forbid new prisons from being built basically anywhere.

Sorry, I can't hear you due to the high levels of estrogen in your system. Please, get your test levels checked. It's not normal to be so beta that you demand to be submissive to an obese, elderly, senile, mush-brained, pants-shitting pedophile. It's also not normal to be okay with pedophilia, little guy. Again, I remember you telling us all about your intellectual disability, but that's not excuse to not get your test levels checked.
Hulk please stop shitting up the Iran thread with complaints about this one.

Then just deport them? violent felons should be deported.

Update on this one, it's actually not in Ohio, but just over the Ohio River in Kentucky. Looks like some lady cut the truck off, or attempted to, and that's what caused it to flip and then it caught on fire. Both the woman, her two kids, and the truck driver are fine. I can't imagine it being that busy that time of night, but people were driving like they had a death wish yesterday, so who knows.

Also, Jungle Jim's is safe, but it's Saturday so getting through the Eeastside one will be incredibly frustrating.
