Also a third fucking amended complaint? Does filing these reset the default countdown each time?
Since he still has to serve defendants this complaint, I assume the answer is yes. Technically he hasn't served them the previous complaint yet but at least he pretended to. The original incomplete service was the second amended complaint, he didn't serve the original or 1st amended.

Ok, FRCP 15 (a) 3 covers this. He's given them an additional 14 days once it's been approved by the court and served.

He attempted to get the town of West Wendover to ignore state law to get his brothel initiative on the ballot:

Interesting to note that this is from 2024. The enigmatic Amanda didn't appear in-thread until 2026.

I wish that when Russell is trying to convince local officials of the benefits of brothels, that he would suggest that a brothel could provide part-time work to their daughters, as they complete their University studies.

His first amended complaint was 12 pages.
The second was 14.
This one is SEVENTY FOUR
About half is email chains and the ever-dubious call logs showing he tried recruiting people for his brothel initiative only for them to feign interest and stonewall him after.

He claims this proves people are afraid to be publicly associated with brothels but nothing in the emails proves it, only an allegedly threatening email with to/from/subject/sent date all removed sent directly to him and Watlon Huber.

This seems like another situation where the SoS will, as Viatron did, easily be able to use his own filing to prove why it is bullshit. He highlights all the reasons why this nonsense should be rejected outright quite well.

I can imagine that anyone who even possibly supports brothels takes one look at Greer and changes their mind immediately when they realize what clientele a brothel would bring.

Motion for Leave to file Fourth Amended Complaint incoming? Or is Greee banking on the Ninth Circuit automatically adopting the Tenth Circuit's ruling on time travel in Greer v. Moon?
It really is amazing how little thought he puts into stuff. Any normal person would notice they're in a lawsuit that has been going on for YEARS and think that maybe if they're going to sue that they should get started well in advance of when they need the decision.

18 emails in a single day?!? WOW. That is really burning the midnight fucking oil. 18 e-mails, dozens of calls. I love how he thinks this shit is at all persuasive. The court should dismiss it on the fact that he barely fucking tried. You show thousands of e-mails, calls to every single resident in every jurisdiction you want an initiative in, etc... then you might have something worth looking at. What a fucking loser.

If he could show proof he knocked on every single fucking door in West Wendover and he was spit at, threatened, had a gun brandished at him, etc... if I was a juror, I'd give his argument serious consideration, but he hasn't even done what most people would consider a solid 40 hours in a week worth of work, not even fucking close.
I love how he has to throw in "the disabled" - as in, this law discriminates because I have mush mouth and people don't want to talk to me....so let me also tell you about my workarounds of a) emailing* and b) getting people without mush mouth to help**.

*which didn't work
**which also didn't work

"Hey, my proposition is so odious that everyone hates it no matter who pitches it. So you need to make it easier for me to force it on people."

Also nice job naming and shaming people who wanted nothing to do with him, even to help him find the five needed.

Also x2, nice sour email to Tyler about "it's been a year since you ghosted me; here's what I'm doing now (nothing, again), bitch."

It’s just not fair!

He’s been repeatedly told NO to his brothel initiative and so the State needs to step in and force the residents of these towns to let Greer play with them.

This seems like a really good requirement for ballot initiatives at the local level. No one is going to be happy with new dictates showing up from some outsider. Especially greasy brothel stuff. I hope this gets a speedy rejection so Russell can start his appeal to the next higher court.

Man, this who set of emails just had the feel of a desperate loser trying to convince a girl she should totally be into him when she just isn't down.

A position I am sure Gree knows well.

If Russell gets his way, we need an upstanding Nevada citizen to file ballot measures to ban brothels in the counties that still allow them. We can have a race to see who gets to the signatures required first.

What does he think this shows exactly? He's making the opposite point of what he wants to make.

There are plenty of self incriminating moments, like attempting to get someone to join/form the petitioners' committee in exhibit 'O':
AdmittingFraud.PNG

Interesting is that when you look for citations to exhibit 'O' in the main body, it has nothing to do with recruiting petitioners but instead a public meeting in Esmerelda (this is a recurring problem to the point I gave up trying to figure out which exhibit he was trying to cite):
NobodyWantsWhores.PNG

Which, much like you found, confirms that residents are very aware of the prostitution ordinances and do not wish to relax them.

ETA: Glad the plights and exhibits with irrelevant are back, they are a welcome change from AI slop.

ETA x2: I am bored and autistic so I figured out what exhibits he was trying to cite:

Paragraph #Cites to . . .Russtard probably meant to cite to . . .
16Exhibit AExhibit A
18Exhibit BExhibit B
19Exhibit CExhibit C
20Exhibit DProbably exhibit D but only the exhibit title lines up with paragraph 20 while the content does not.
21Exhibit EProbably exhibit E but only the exhibit title lines up with paragraph 20 while the content does not.
23Exhibit FProbably exhibit F but the content of the messages does not line up with the claims in his complaint (small handful of messages to blurred-out names vs. claims to have messaged dozens of residents).
24Exhibit GProbably exhibit G but the content of the messages does not line up with the claims in his complaint (text offering to "ask a few of [her] neighbor ladies" vs. claims she was willing to help only to withdraw citing depression).
39Exhibit HExhibit H, and only correctly quotes in the narrowest sense of the word: He leaves out how the new point of contact in West Wendover flat-out accused him of putting words in another local official's mouth.
43Exhibit IExhibit I but I have no idea what he was thinking, the complaint describes a lifestyle club backing out when threatened with legal repercussions but the exhibit is a fundraising email from Russ.
44Exhibit JExhibit J but same issue as exhibit I, he claims to have proof to have met with a UNLV student named 'Tyler' who then ghosted him but the exhibit is two emails to Tyler about ten months apart.
45Exhibit KExhibit K but same issue as above, he claims to have tried and failed to get in contact with political parties in Nevada but only includes communication with a libertarian party in LA County.
81Exhibit LExhibit L but same issue as above, his proof that the ACLU told him to start small was a single message from a person with ACLU of Nevada saying she wanted to have a phone call with him.
90Exhibit MExhibit P. Note that the email consists of a man sending threatening emails under his real name, then responding to himself, all with the standard header info (to/from fields, subject, sent date) deleted.
94, 101Exhibit OExhibit N. This says nothing about prostitution specifically and relates to a suit trying to remove a trans sports ban from the ballot.
This leaves the orphan exhibits M and O (the real ones), which deal with Russ submitting an agenda request to Esmerelda, with no word on whether he succeeded or even followed the rules, and trying to get a woman to join the petitioners' committee under false pretenses respectively.

Greee has an amazing talent of submitting motions to the court that validate the opposing viewpoint.

Now we have a partial answer to "what has been fueling Greer's delusions of legitimacy?"

1773371356336.png

Looks like it's "free labor by idiots".

Edit: Wait a minute... did Greer just claim he is aware of interstate sex trafficking?

1773371896490.png

Even if it's not trafficking, it looks really bad to claim the sex workers you're supposedly trying to protect in small towns don't even live in the same state as the residents.

What does he think this shows exactly? He's making the opposite point of what he wants to make.
It is remarkable how extensively he is proving that he has no political support for his schemes, and therefore no business forcing them on remote communities.

"Public speech is impossible, but private support exists!"
>shows proof he managed public speech
>shows zero proof private support exists

I am in awe at how thoroughly he contradicts every complaint he has. He even provided explicit proof that his disability didn't make his advocacy and outreach impossible, because he used online writing and UNR dupes.

I started copy/pasting lines where he proved the opposite of what he complains about, but it wound up replicating about a third of the document. I'll just include my favorite two:

1773374868133.png

"I'm just a completely unsuccessful retard, yuh honah. Please change the constitution for meh."

1773374778168.png

The echo chamber is your empty head, Russ. Everyone else can find someone who agrees with them.

EDIT: Exhibit E has links to his Scribd directory with his working documents. I archived all I could find to the main thread, since they may be of more general interest outside this lawsuit.

Of particularly relevant note is the Lincoln County Ballot Initiative. It seems, despite all the supposed unreasonableness of the 5 person requirement, Russ did manage to get 5 people in Lincoln to form a committee.

1773380792919.png

Kind of undercuts the whole IMPOSSIBLE BARRIER claim when you already managed to clear the barrier, doesn't it?
