Records suggest that enough violent criminals were put to death that it acted as a genetic bottleneck. We really only stopped once we gave women the vote.
Okay well I'm pretty sure 111 average IQ is good enough, the bottleneck has served its purpose, we need bodies if we're to survive, and if we're not to survive, then frankly I don't care what happens. I know it's kind of my way or the highway reasoning but I am of the belief that if we don't start getting real exceptional in how we apply our morality, and realize that rules for us and rules for them should not be the same, we aren't going to survive. There's just absolutely no reason not to give special permissions to Whites and maybe Japanese. Charles Darwin was a loser his whole life. Winston Churchill was a loser his whole life. Oda Nobunaga was a loser his whole life. Most of them didn't become worth a damn until middle age. It's worth giving your own people a pass.
