Well, yeah. It would be because of the intent of it.
Trump's intentions seem to be to liberate Iran in the hopes of both moderating and potentially even westernizing it, with the side goal of hurting China's influence, and possibly to test what Chinese-sold armaments are capable of.
If Obama was doing this, his intention would most likely be what all his actions in the Middle East were, which was to help give more power to Sunni radicals in the region by collapsing Iran's Shiite government, and possibly use the resulting civil war to funnel more radicals into Europe and the U.S. as refugees.

People can do similar things for extremely different reasons, resulting in different long-term outcomes, even if the short-term outcome was the same (which it wouldn't be in the case of Trump vs Obama, as with Obama we'd almost certainly have a full-blown invasion).

I would celebrate it no matter who did it. Can be Trump, can be Obama, can be Bernie fucking Sanders. I'm happy because Muslim theocrats suffer mass casualties and because there is a chance that a Muslim theocracy will be destroyed as a result, not because it's done by a specific person.
