I thought those flavours would all have different "best sellers rank"s but they don't. So I think when it comes to ranking the sales, Amazon actually lumps them all together as one product since it's all on the same page. Every flavour I click on has a BSR of either 68086 or 69003. So I think it's all one thing. The variation between these two numbers is maybe just one of them is cached or something like that and didn't update on all the flavours yet.

He has other products on other pages, but I do not believe it would add up to 150k-250k. Even if it did, that would be before Amazon takes a cut and before taxes and other expenses. I assume he had to pay that company that actually makes the white label coffee for him to slap his name on too! So it's greatly reduced even if the compulsive liar is actually telling the truth for once, and then he's a compulsive spender who wastes it all on crap anyway, which is his real problem.

Yes he did say this. So if the number he is giving is taking that into account, then he is claiming to sell 150k to 250k individual bags a month, which is obviously bullshit.
The number if true must be revenue, which is before taxes and expenses. So if he does sell 150k-250k a month in coffee, if we then take his own stated profit of just $1 profit per bag, then 150k divided by 85 dollars is 1764 and 250k divided by 85 is 2941. One dollar per bag. If everything he says is true he's making up to about 3k a month, before tax. That's a big 'if' however.
