This might explain Iran's random attacks on their neighbors.
I think the first part is accurate. That's what terrorist do - use scare tactics to force bigger and stronger enemies into submission by randomness and brutality of the attacks. Islamic republic is doing the same thing but on international scale
I disagree with the second part. This person expects rational thinking from islamic fanatics. It's like expecting rational thinking from a rabid dog. The only way to deal with a rabid dog is to put it down.

What is the kiwi farms opinion on the death toll? It caught my attention immediately, sounded insanely high for protests being purged. Like, massively exaggerated. But I heard someone say Iran was straight up destroying whole villages in reprisals, which could clock up a death toll like that.

No, Iran can't avoid losing. Their ability to spike the price of oil by threatening tankers in the Strait is going to be gone in a week or so if that, the price of WTI crude February 27 compared to today is all of like $3/bbl higher (compare to the price spike when Russia invaded Ukraine LOL), I'm bored with the this is how Bernie can still win energy of the this is how Iran can still not lose BS

It also literally can’t get to disaster levels in the US. We have 200+ days of reserves, on the top of the fact we’re now an oil exporter. So even in the worst case scenario, we can dip into our own supplies to stabilize the price.

But it doesn’t matter. They’re literally going to run out of launchers by the end of the week at the rate we’re hitting them LMAO

People who think the conflict will last weeks overwhelmingly approve, people who think it will last months are divided, and people who think it will last years overwhelmingly disapprove.

They supposedly lost control of more than a couple cities in certain regions and the IRGC got sent in. They killed the internet, but supposedly you had indiscriminate crowd fire and targeted attacks that effectively boiled down to “in this crowd there is a rebel”.

Public sentiment will never allow it, but if the US did actually wind up occupying Iran, it's time to de-Islamize it, in the sense of denazification, but on steroids. Rome vs the Celts is a model for how easy it is to destroy a religion when you just start killing every priest until they're all gone.

On 09/12/01, we should've declared global war not on the vague concept of "terror", but on Islam itself.

Yeah, but in Real Forever War we didn't kill every imam and burn their mosques down and destroy every village that resisted.
I also don't really care if they have a democracy, a shah, a territorial governor or a military dictator.

Yeah, I just clocked the sheer death toll as being "this isn't even revolution conditions, this is open civil war conditions."
