I was an idealistic sperg who wanted to serve my country and shoot at dune coons. I never deployed - some of the finest men I’ll ever know did. Many never came back and many more came back but will never be right. For fucking what? Afghanistan is controlled by an infinitely more battle hardened and competent Taliban. We never found Saddam’s WMD’s and Iraq lowered the age of consent to 9. The best people of my generation’s died in the sand box for Greater Israel.

Tear down enough of the IRGC to give the Kurds encouragement, then run guns to them to act as the ground fighters while you sweep up the rest with air strikes while they're all gathered together to fight the Kurds.

There's conflicting information on this - your article claims he was elected as Supreme Leader, but this article from the same source claims that the vote was delayed a week. It's important to note that the former only cites anonymous "informed sources", while the latter cites a specific IRGC affilated news agency. Make of that what you will.
