There is no benefit for the US to be in the Middle East.

Then there is posts saying Iran would be dangerous if it had nukes cause it's Muslim. Pakistan has nukes and is Muslim too. Not only are Pakis more inbred but their government has less control on its nation and much more corrupt. All it takes is for 1 paki to bribed and to drive ( I kid you not they carry their nukes in minivans driving around their country) and bring it to the Taliban.

Pakistani nukes are and always have been under the control of the CIA and DOE. They use our DOE people to maintain them because they're too dumb to do it themselves

Lately observing Iran is like observing an incompetent male chimpanzee attempting to rise ranks. He bluffs, he swaggers, he hoots, and throws branches…
But when it’s time to challenge the alpha of the troop he immediately flees to the top of a tree and hugs himself whilst screaming.

Sensitive cunts in America love to preach our leadership is fucked, but compared to lots of smaller, socioeconomically inept countries our guys look way better, even if they’re less “professionally polite” than times past.

I am not a political man by any means and my observations may be moot, but I think most would agree the Middle East as a collective is a cesspool of culture war, degeneracy, and religious debauchery that has existed before the USA was conceived of. It’s truly sad this shit seemingly has no end in sight, regardless of the US’s involvement.

I really don't have strong feelings about this but it definitely says a lot that Russia has been piddling around in Ukraine, their literal next door neighbor and former vassal state, for like 4 years and can't accomplish anything at all...and Trump puts out a message two times and both times, overnight, the head of state of a country halfway across the world was either captured or killed. Really puts things in perspective that we have effectively taken out two countries between the time most of us went to bed and the time we woke up the next morning.

A few people I know with ties to Iran are over the moon with the strikes. The Iranian government has killed so many protesters that a lot of people will take the risk of collateral damage if it means IRGC gets what's coming.
