fictional incest." He states this as if it were factual information. But what is his source that the law directly affects fictional content such as anime or manga? Uhhh, well, you see... Chibi provides no source for this claim. Since Chibi is a lazy lolcow, I am going to do some research!

pornographic" images of incest.

Nowhere in the amendment does it state SFW and NSFW fictional content such as incest in anime or manga would be banned. It clearly defines the content as needing to be explicitly
pornographic and
realistic-looking. The amendment is targeting real life porn of incest, including roleplaying of incest. Non-realistic-looking fictional content will
NOT be affected, since stylized fictional characters clearly aren't real life people.
How hard is it to look up an amendment? These people are so lazy that it's funny. They read a clickbait headline and believe made-up shit without doing any basic research to confirm if this is the case.
