If they would only run the test on actual retards, calibrate the test on retards, those retards would still have an average IQ of 100. So unless they use scandinavia as calibration point (they dont), you wouldn't have 100IQ and down as averages.

Jews scoring fairly high makes sense. They've been valuing reading and academic pursuits highly for a long time. They also occupied niches in trade and banking that require you to perform abstract tasks. What's holding them back the most is inbreeding. Whites do well because their environment required them to plan ahead, European competition was fierce with countless wars, and the Church pushed hard against inbreeding. Africans didn't really need to worry about food or seasons as much since they live in the land of plenty. They have no concept of time since they can make due always living in the here and now.
