Racism is just normal, mammalian, instinctual in-group preferences. You need a highly advanced frontal cortex to override instincts coded in your limbic system, and only white people have sufficient brain power to be trainable into convincing ourselves that the out-group poses no risks at all to the in-group. Even then, we still end up behaving in racist ways and just kind of denying that we do.
