I want to highlight how ironic it is that people here are discussing the toxicity of BPD behaviors such as black-and-white thinking when many in this thread were venerating these girls for coming forward, only to completely turn on them and glaze TT when he posted his side. There's also some serious strawmanning with claiming that these women said that he raped them when they never claimed that.

TT is not magically the real victim because one of his exes have been shown to be dishonest. It does not erase the testimonies of other women including the girl he dated before Kai. There is nothing normal about seeking out mentally scarred, insecure women desperate for validation to beat up and walk all over.

Yeah, they obviously didn't directly say "he raped me" but with the things they were saying about him and things they were highlighting about him like the fact that he called himself a rapist, cherrypicking texts and audio like him saying "I am big and you are small" is very clear what they were insinuating.
The only reason they didn't dare use the word rape directly is to to prevent legal ramification as much as possible though they stupidly still got in danger of that.

You don't have to directly state certain words to show what you are clearly insinuating with the things you are saying.

The way I have always interpreted it is that they brought that up to highlight that he didn't obtain consent from them prior to hitting them and filming them. Which is problematic (as I've said in this thread previously) because insecure women craving validation will enable this behavior and not call it out if they think it will endanger the relationship.

The big and small thing is absolutely a big deal given his age-play fetish that he barely addresses in the video because it's true and has been verified by Ellie's ex. Katie also showed the "night rape" recording and Sac included the infamous, cropped "e-girl rape dungeon" and "rape play" text (which also implies consent on her part) but still did not accuse him of rape. Which also, I want to say while I absolutely abhor that Sac lied extensively in her original testimony, the text message indicates that TT was very conscious to not leave anything that would implicate him in texts. He was, of course, aware that Sac knew him from YT so it is highly unlikely he would leave any clear indications of wrongdoing in his texts with her. But maybe there will be something in the 20K texts that Sac is apparently procuring, we will see.
 
I think it's reasonable to say that it's almost a surety that lawyers have gotten involved at this point.

On Tom's side this is for three possible reasons:

1) He and/or his lawyer believe the threshold for defamation has been met based on one or more of the things the girls have said.

2) Tom believes that if Rowan leaks her entire chat history, it will be horrible for him. While I doubt theres anything criminal in there, I'm sure theres plenty of embarrassing items and possibly stuff he said about his Commentary bros he doesnt want out.

3) He worries Rowan has material that could be used as revenge porn in the future.


On Roman's side:

1) She and/or her lawyer believe Tom has material that could be used as revenge porn against her.

2) She and/or her lawyer believe Tom has done something that legally justifies her pursuit of damages.

3) She and/or her lawyer want to protect her release of all the texts.

4) Tom has threatened lawsuits and so Rowan has retained a lawyer to protect herself.

If option 4 is the reality, her lawyer has hopefully done the opposite of what Nick Rekieta would do and told her to stop posting and find a psychiatrist to demonstrate Tom's negative impact on her.

I doubt we'll get a lolsuit. Likely Rowan will either get a check and go away or be threatened with ruination and go away. Tom and Commentary Community's Steve Bannon proxy Nick DeOrio will get to work sweeping.
