I think the main problem is that toms social structure defending him so hard means he isn't going to learn shit. he will continue to date BPD women and make bad penis decisions because people like TommyC will defend him to "own kuihman, jstlk and chud logic"
if a person like deorio was a real friend they'd ve like "hey man, maybe stop pissing on the electric fence, go find some girls irl for your own health". but they view tom as a money maker so they aren't going to give him a heart to heart.
with that in mind, 6 months sounds more like a minimum before tom gets frisky enough to date another nutcase again, with that in mind 2027 seems more realistic but maybe im just over estimating it as i think if anyone was to come out about tom they would have before he responded (a la projared).

It seems the only lesson Tom gets out of this is that he can continue rolling the dice with questionable women as long as he keeps records of everything.

Which is fine, I guess, but he's presuming a lot about overall perception of him by his fans. At best, it's based and chad to pull these women, therefore admirable. At worst, its the status quo degeneracy of the age and will be overlooked. He's not really accounting for whether or not being a confirmed gooner is repulsive to some people, such as women who are not BPD whores.

Not really. It was suspected he was becoming a Destiny-lite and this basically removed all doubt. He can prove they lied, but he has to accept that his bad penis decisions created a spectacle that could have been avoided.
 
So since the girls backed off, theres three scenarios on why that I can think off. Listed in order of most likely to least:
