As far as I know, your stated reason for the name change is only accessible if someone subpoenas the full court documents. It's not something a prospective employer would find in a routine background check or Google search.

Edit: Also, unless you had criminal convictions under your previous name, a routine background check wouldn't show what your name was before or that you changed it. I think someone might be able to dig up that info if they're dedicated enough, but most employers don't care that much. They just want to avoid liability/being stolen from.
