In my "headcannon" (another phrase that pisses me off) racism meant just the acknowledgment that races were different. Bigotry was the hatred over those differences.
Like it's "racist" to acknowledge the fact that niggers have wide noses and big lips. It's "bigoted" to hate the niggers over it.

Unc has been slang for years but it's recent use the last few has been very weirdly forced feeling. "Universe" bugs me when it's relation to the setting a work of fiction takes place in. I've started to associate it with consoomer funkopop type slop like the MCU. Describing a new movie/game/whatever as "taking place in the XYZ univere" feels like a tell that whatever's being described is sterile, grey, committee-driven bullshit that and you need to sign up for 8 different streaming services and read the bullshit tie-in comic and novelization to get the Full Experience.

Referring to a work of fiction's world or setting doesn't bug me for some reason, even though the meaning is more or less the same. I guess it's partly because ad lingo, partly because universe implies it's all-encompassing, so you need to watch the Disney+ series about Lord Fuckass who showed up for 45 seconds in The Rise of Skywalker to understand it.
