I don’t think it is bankers in this case.

Currently, a bunch of Boomers are looking towards retirement, and thus are trying to sell their houses for absurd prices. They are also going around and buying up small family homes both to move into after the sale and arguably to make investments because they will sell their multiple small homes.

It is a fucked situation as currently majority voting power is still with the Booms who will obviously piss and shit themselves over not being able to make 20x what they paid on a house. If Donald fucks up the high pricing, then Boomers will revoke all progress he has made to get their high prices and cruise ships candidate.

The white pill of this is that Boomers only have so much longer, so if the second half of the housing crisis problem is mitigated, being immigration and government programs buying up everything, we should be good in a few years. But yes, this will suck ass till elderly voting power goes down.
 
The funniest part for me is that on my trending news section on X there's no mention of Elon's e-mail, but rather of "J.F. Gariepy Named in Jeffrey Epstein Files Confirming Prior $25,000 Donation for Eugenics Research"

I am sure that this will bring a lot of attention and new eyes on ze public space.

Why is he repeating all of these things that bill would obviously know already?

Like who writes a message to somebody they know this way? Even if they thought they would never get investigated why just leave all these breadcrumbs? A real letter of this type would read "after the things you had me and the PR person do i'm offended by this".

Two parts to this, 1) Epstein had a habit of sending emails to himself as a form of taking notes (that specific image is an email to himself for example) and 2) Epstein was already in trouble after his 2008 pedophile conviction and knew he was a targeted person as a well-connected pedo, setting up the powerful people he had involved in this way was a form of protection (so effective that, as we all know, it worked well past even his death - of course his death might be because of this!)
 
It was quite the busy day for myself; tbh I didn't really notice the walkout that much during my day, except for perhaps less people at the grocery store today.

The only counterargument I can think of is that that's how his blackmail strategy could work - Bill, you'd agree that I know a lot about you, right? And then lists it.

Also, I think that they should first prosecute his English teacher. Epstein couldn't pass a 6th grade writing class. There's so many grammatical errors, typos and a lack of cohesion in the text. He also does this annoying thing where he just randomly uses fancy words incorrectly like DSP. DarkSydeEpstein.

Surprisingly this time he used the fancy word correctly - surreptitiously.

Timestamped part isn't he republican rant so far, just him rambling about how pissed he is about how little people appreciate hotel staff and then something about energy grid infrastructure and solar panels. It's also ranting about bad internet service in rural areas. Is it the "who the liars are" part?

EDIT: Yeah it is. It starts with a reasonable thing talking about annoying shit with a president that came after another removing shit to do renovations and just kind of forgetting to put it back so nobody got it done, and then just yeah. So timestamp's off by a bit.
