It could depend on different factors. I'm not sure how old Buddy is. But what could have potentially happened was that buddy was removed from Connie's care and Sally might not have been able to get the proper approval from CPS and/or the courts to place buddy with her. And Chance was born when Connie's case with Buddy was closed and Sally took custody when CPS wasn't involved.

Or Buddy was Connie's kid and not Reupple's.

They're Irish twins (born with less than a year between them).
They're full-blood brothers. Ruple is his dad, Connie is his mom. According to the talk with Raxx's aunt on the Lobdell side, Buddy was taken at the same time, because Connie was beaten so bad she gave birth prematurely.

While I see your point, Raxxo is also an attention whore who also has to be a victim. The seeds of doubt could easily be planted because of those two things. I'll be the contrarian here. I like Chilla's videos. I was just listening to this, and he brought up that Chance and Sally's interactions outside of fights and stream interruptions are unhealthy: he's acting like an annoying child and she just wants him to just go back upstairs. Maybe it was mentioned here before and I missed it because it was half asleep, maybe it was intuitive and I'm just late to the party. But this is one reason I like commentry videos; it helps me hear opinions and insights I may have missed.

In Johnx2 stream yesterday for Marty, Wendy ( Marty mom) called William the name Micheal I believe. He even made a joke about her doxxing him slightly.
