I read the affidavit and there are a few things that really stand out. Firstly, Lemon was aware he should not be going in with this group, a group he had spent the day collaborating with.
This group instructed people to not be identifiable and spread out in certain parts of the church prior to the agitators going in.
For the purpose of trapping people and denying them the ability to leave. All of which Don Lemon knew, planned for, participated in, and streamed.
Obviously (unless your
@StudMccool-then this will be brand new knowledge) an affidavit does not need to include all of their evidence and there will be more if they’ve accessed devices, which could have an interesting crossover with Signal chats.
We’ll see how it plays out but as usual, faggot liberals do not believe in “resistance” if it’s not a performative livestream. They have been so coddled by activist judges and Dem politicians I don’t think they have any sense of what is “legal” or “illegal” in a functioning society.
