I think he's "better" than Kamala. I'm not sure if he is better then Biden because I don't believe Biden actually did anything during his administration, it was probably the closest the United States has come to having the CIA lead it. I do believe they were responsible. It's the job of the president to appoint people who will in turn manage astronauts, their training and other things. I also believe Elon Musk will be involved in some capacity which means when astronauts likely die everyone will turn and see a bunch of jeets in engineering jumpsuits.
