It's important to remember that about 1% of the general population is psychopathic, and an overwhelming majority of those will be largely dysfunctional -> criminals/leftists. So in a city of 1.000.000 people, you would expect about 8000 criminal psychopaths in and out of prison at any given time. 16 of them harassing ICE overnight is pretty pitiful.
