I do not see any jolt, the arm continues the same swing it did before.
Sadly the contrast of the gun and the color of the pants is so bad its unclear if the slide cycles, but I really don't see that gun fire there at all.

Where does the brass go?

I mean, its entirely possible the gun fired and it would be peak irony if the guy died because his shitty P320 malfunctioned, but this video isn't showing that in my opinion.

Yeah I agree he is swinging his arm but his arm also jolts upwards when you can hear the gunshot sound
Even his legs seem to react
Now it is also possible that since it's an icy road that he was slipping and he reacted like that because he was trying to not lose balance

This is an example of how the exclusion of certain topics—such as Japanese war crimes, Soviet mass killings, and the Rwandan genocide—from public school curricula can perpetuate a narrative that privileges specific groups as victims in history Aka the Jews. Which ended up backfiring on them and Israel.

I wish we had the uncompressed video footage and not this pixelated garbage.
The camera is surely good enough so we could make out if the slide cycles, but at exactly that time its so pixelated I cannot see it clearly, and I think it would be more noticeable if it did, but then again the pixelation might be due to the fast movement of the slide and the camera being too low FPS to accurately capture it, or it being lost in compression.

If that agent has his finger on the trigger when "disarming" the subject, then he will be so utterly fucked nothing can save him.
I kinda do not think the P320 discharges randomly, but when a certain type of pressure or movement is asserted on the slide. (I watched some videos of people demonstrating it.)
So if this gun fired, it might be because of a finger was on the trigger. If it had discharged accidentally at any time, it would have been when he wrestled it from the holster imho.

honestly jewish behavior is what causes people to turn against jews, they kind of know that (Shabbat 31a) but they ignore it and cry as they strike the goy...

Here's the issue:

FOR YOUR INFORMATION, WHEN WE HEAR NIGGERS SAY "WE HAVE DUE PROCESS" THEY REALLY MEAN DON'T DENY ANY APPLICATIONS AND SWAMP IMMIGRATION COURTS (Even more) WITH PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T DO IT THE LEGAL WAY AND LET THEM STAY HERE FOR A LIFETIME.
