I've said this before, but I feel like we crossed the rubicon on that a year and a half ago. After that CPS report leaked, and the best Nick could manage was that a cop patted his daughter's head, I think anybody with at least a low average IQ accepted that he's a lying sack of shit. You're missing the point. It is being stated that the dog consumed rat poison that was laced on the property, and the explanation is someone let the dog out who didn't know this. What difference does that make to the dog? None. The point is, what is the difference between Nick letting his dog out or someone else? Is the dog only going to eat rat poison when someone else lets him out of the house? Why would there be be a difference between someone else and Nick letting the dog out unless we are to believe that every time Nick let the dog out he accompanied it so that it did not consume rat poison.

I think he knows damn well what he's doing when he lies like this. The lies are often specifically calculated to absolve himself of all blame (including acts of negligence), while shifting the blame to somebody he hates. I think that's all by design, and not delusion. It's too convenient. It's too in-line with what would benefit him the absolute most if people believed him. He wants people to believe he's always a dindu, and for them to go after his enemies. It rarely works, but he persists, because he's got no other card to play. Humility and contrition are off the table for an egotistical maniac like him.

While I'll grant he's fried his brain to some extent, I am loathe to grant Nick anything that could be interpreted as a "diminished capacity" defense. He's just evil. Period.

Fatal flaw in your analysis: Rekieta doing anything whatsoever to tend to his property properly.

And civilized people have the poison in containers (like someone posted above) that dogs can't get into.

To add on to that - Nick's property isn't fenced in and Sunni wasn't trained to stay on the property (as evidenced by being locked in the master bath all the time instead of being let out to do her business). Even if Ms. Slatta had been watching Sunni at the Rekieta property, she would have been told not to let Sunni outside lest she never return.

They locked that dog in the bathroom bc they didn't want to take care of it. And that little dog wasn't going anywhere fast outside. But I highly doubt anyone would have been told anything to protect the dog.

It's things like this and that post about all the Insta whores Nick has been following that makes me chuckle every time I read this thread and see someone still call Nick a cuck. Methinks it's Kayla who's currently the cuck in their marriage.

It's just not tenable as a claim, and it is beginning to sound like one of Nicks desperate, feverish lies from 2024. About being monogamous, having a spotless home, Going to Jamaica for the architecture etc.

I think the prediction I made last month is closer to the truth: He met some disgusting sex people online (because he has no friends and his family loath the Rekietas), the disgusting sex people were too busy doing drugs and forgot to let poor "Sunni" (god I hate Kayla) back inside, out of the Minnesotan cold. The poor unfortunate dog died of hypothermia. They told Rekieta the next morning, Rekieta said "meh?" and continued with his vacation (not before traumatising his children with the bad news).

Thing is though that Nick doesn't generally make outright fabrications. He tends to lie by misdirecting reality with alternative interpretations, half truths, and novel definitions. If the dog actually froze to death he would have had had some BS story about why, not make up a different reason. You gotta analyze every faggoty word. E.g., phrases like "(she was at a friends house) (and got into rat poison)" doesn't imply she was poisoned at the friend's house

Rat Poison is usually placed in crates like this, intentionally designed to inaccessible for any animal other than a rodent, even making the baited food too hard to break off, so the rat can't carry lumps of it outside, die and possibly poison other animals.

I know you can still buy these things but reputable pest control companies only generally use poison as a last resort. Those traps that break the animials neck are seen as the most humane way of dealing with them,

Even if you put the poison in a box so other animals can't get at it, if the rat eats the poison there's a strong chance that some endangered bird of prey like a hawk or an owl will swoop down and kill and eat the poisoned rat. Then you've killed some rare, endangered wildlife. Rat poison is the height of cuntishness in this day and age.

And most rats are wise to it or immune to the stuff you can buy OTC anyway.
