Well, thanks to Russ, I suppose if Mr. Hardin so chooses he could subpoena Mr. Erwin as a witness in Greer v. Null.

One's boss at their place of employment would certainly have relevant evidence about an individual's financial position (and a bit more about good old Russ I am sure) that would be assistive to this Court when determining whether Greer should face repercussions for not alerting the Court that he no longer required IFP status due to his having gainful employment. And of course not paying for the document that was ordered to be produced a long, long time ago.

Perhaps even some of Russell's female co-workers could be subpoenaed as they would be able to speak to Russell's character and how he is a thirsty brainless moron who tried to coerce them into prostitution and/or sexually harassed/stalked them. They could certainly provide valuable evidence as to why his book being subjected to fair use commentary here on the Farms, is a valuable resource to alert women to the dangers of Russell Greer, convicted sex pest and recipient of numerous restraining orders.

And I may have discovered what his next lawsuit will be. Greer v. Grok & Musk.

I don't believe I have seen his Grok entry posted in either thread, but I could have missed it.

Nice going janny, you got Hardin disqualified and disbarred. This is coming out of your paycheck.

Called it, but predicting Greer retardation is like betting the sun will come up tomorrow.

Name and shame, Russ! Who's the ghost lawyer that totally agreed you had a slam-dunk case?

Actually wait, he filed the other suit IFP. Is Nevada one of those states that requires pre-screening by a licensed attorney?

Note he has used the old address on this filing compared with the different one on the Viatron filing.

And that new address is indeed an apartment building:

>Yu Hohah, I said I wouldn't pay the fee until clarificashun came in regarding it, as I was tempuh-RAR-ily unemployed
>Yu shee, yu honah, I paid tuh reshent filing feesh for my whoremongering totally legitimate lawsuits after doing gig work, but I haven't received clarificashun.

If the court can be bothered to EXPLAAAAAIIN, he's willing to pay! Hardin's a meanie for pointing out all the times he has been paying while in violation of the court order! Suspend Disqualify him, teacher honorable Judge!

I honestly didn't expect him to actually pay the fee, I underestimated the stupidity of Shitlips.
He actually put himself in that situation because either paying or not paying reflects badly on him.

It's one of those Zugzwang things. Except he wasn't tricked into it. He eagerly rammed his gimp hand into that trap.

LOLOL, none of which violates anything, legally or criminally.

That Grok entry I found is all kinds of fucked up. It conflates Greer with someone in Oklahoma at one point, but this one right here (emphasis mine)

Dismissals and Case Rejections

Greer's lawsuits against public figures and online platforms have been repeatedly dismissed by federal courts, often for failure to state a claim or lack of jurisdiction. In Greer v. Moon et al., a suit alleging copyright infringement and related claims against the operator of the Kiwi Farms online forum, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah granted the defendants' motion to dismiss under Rule 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim, determining that Greer did not plausibly allege direct infringement by forum users or contributory liability by the defendants; this ruling was affirmed by the Tenth Circuit in October 2023.[2][7]

We can only hope that this silence from the judges is accruing some kind of metaphysical compound interest to achieve the mightiest of Greer slapdowns of the entire case.
Pretty much the only thing that can come close to making the bullshit that has been the last year+ of this case worth it (from a fairness to Null perspective, it's been more than worth it as a third party) is if the judge has been silent since, what, September? because they're just letting Russ tard out until they can have an itemized list of appeal-proof reasons for dismissal, and label him a vexatious litigant alongside it.

Let the mushmouthed, egocentric failed whoremonger argue against his own case with the help of several LLMs.

Ghostwriting is not allowed in Nevada. If true, Russ could be hit with sanctions for failure to disclose and the lawyer face board discipline
Would Mr. Hardin be able to request disclosure of the lawyer? Certainly whether Russell paid him or not speaks to the financial aspect once again regarding this case, his failure to pay and his failure to have his IFP status removed since he was working and it is in the Rules, is it not, that if your status changes (like gainful employment) you MUST advise the Court?

So uhh. Maybe I'm missing something, but wasn't Hardin's motion centered around Russ magically being able to pay that filing fee when he pleads poverty for the document in this case. Why is Russ's response basically "Yeah, I paid it but here's a bunch of info about that other court case that I'm going to include for some reason." Why even bother filing this response if you're immediately going to admit you paid the filing fee and not discuss that aspect any further?

He's insisting (again) that he can totally pay the fee he's been asked to pay (this time to source and produce the restraining order). but since he asked for clarification regarding whether he absolutely, definitely, must pay to do so while he was poor, the order is in limbo pending clarification from the judge.
Basically, if I read it right, he's trying to use the fact that it's in legal limbo due to judicial inaction as justification to keep not paying it, probably because it either doesn't exist/would hurt his case/not to hand Null or the court a "win" against him.
