Let's pretend for a moment that he's not lying about his current address. (I know, work with me here.) Google tells me that the closest public library is a 4 minute drive away (hell, it's only a mile, even I could walk that in about 15-20 minutes, let alone Google's estimated 24 minutes), and every public library in Clark County has a computer lab that's available to use for free (they just ask that you reserve a time, which of course is probably too much to ask, considering "thinking ahead"). Not to mention that Google Docs/Drive is also free, and has plenty of storage for any documents or electronic evidence that a person might need to archive. There's literally no reason for Rusty to be doing everything on his phone, and yet... he perseveres?

I dunno, (besides the obvious) maybe he's worried about someone looking over his shoulder and stealing his brilliant legal theories and strategies?
You're suggesting that a man who is truly and honestly the next big thing in music - or would be, if not for all the people "discriminating" against him - not to mention a pioneer in advocacy for legal prostitution and the expansion of adult entertainment industry and the greatest published author since Fatprick S. Loblinson actually has time to walk to the public library to handle something as unimportant is this so-called "landmark" litigation?

Shirley, you jest.

Greer is way too lazy for that, remember that part of the reason his Gilman lawsuit was dismissed so quickly was because he couldn't be bothered to check his mail for like a month.

He can't even be fucked to check his emails, which go to his phone that is presumably right there in his pocket.

It would also require Russ to not be banned from the public library for his general greasiness/lack of hygiene, leaving the biohazard of his drool on the keyboard that can’t be scoured with mere bleach wipes, and hitting on a poor young lady who just got her MLS and thought she’d be hosting story time for preschoolers instead of helping a creepy, homeless-appearing 30-something get him his dick sucked by “helping him with the computer” which is bizarrely keeping him from accessing brothel and escort sites.

Tbf, when you have enough emails in a chain, Gmail starts to break down like crazy even on PC. But, I mean, that's when it reaches hundreds and even then it doesn't always break. I could see how he would have trouble, but at that point, just request Mr. Hardin to make a new email chain (or do so yourself)
The "conversation view" in email is a fucking mistake.

@AnOminous I've been playing around with the table. I shortened some descriptions for brevity, added a column documenting the various replies, and linked ECF numbers to their respective PDFs on courtlistener. I also added a table for "unresolved" court orders, by which I mean orders that have not yet been obeyed due to the inaction of a party or the court itself. (You might know a better adjective for this.)

I've put the BB code for the tables below. Hope this code is less janky than the first attempt!

[/TABLE]

@AnOminous I've been playing around with the table. I shortened some descriptions for brevity, added a column documenting the various replies, and linked ECF numbers to their respective PDFs on courtlistener. I also added a table for "unresolved" court orders, by which I mean orders that have not yet been obeyed due to the inaction of a party or the court itself. (You might know a better adjective for this.)
Hopefully a court clerk stumbles on this as a handy reference. I couldn't imagine how anyone would where to begin even if they had this table, much less if they were directed to figure out WTF what's pending action from a blank slate perspective.

Also, just looking at the party and description column while scrolling down, you'd assume Plaintiff and Defense were flip flopped. Basically everything Russ files is in reply to Hardin moving some aspect of this case forward besides the baffling subpoena requests that randomly came out of nowhere. Him immediately getting his hand slapped, along with a new motion for sanctions, probably scared Greee off from ever prosecuting this case again.

The sheer number of these just always boggles the mind.

How on earth does the court not rush to ensure that it doesn't continue to embarass itself over these outstanding orders it has issued I will never understand. Shamefur dispray.

Because that would mean doing more actual work. If they continue like they are, they get more down time and more time to work on cases that actually matter. In the grand scheme of things, this case doesn't really impact anyone outside of this website and one saggy-faced pervert living in Las Vegas.

I'd assumed (maybe incorrectly) that the clerks already make tables like this one. It seems like the obvious thing to do. They're drafting decisions for the judges, those decisions summarize the procedural history, and that summary has to come from somewhere. Even starting from scratch, I'd guess this would take less than a workday to create. That time would be longer for a clerk totally unfamiliar with the case, or shorter if they have an AI tool to help.

If the court had the will and such a table, then I don't think these motions are too hard to disentangle. They aren't "knotty." If you were draw a directed acyclical graph with each motion as a head node and each reply as a child node, then most motions would look like untangled spaghetti. You can just eat the individual strands. Plus, Hardin does an excellent job laying out the procedural history in his briefs (making it even easier for the clerks to follow.)

E.g., the motion to complete the record would look like 417 -> 419 -> 429. Notice none of these nodes are in any other graphs. Eat your spaghetti, judge!

It would take very little time at all. ECF permits the user to generate a list of pending motions (and associated responses) by case.

I've put the BB code for the tables below. Hope this code is less janky than the first attempt!
I was trying to figure out a WYSIWYG editor for BBcode (actually a few) but all the ones I found kind of suck. Are you using one or just editing the code manually?

Anyway, I've updated the link in the OP as well as adding one to the top of the OP as well as a credit for the assist.

When the table is copy/pasted into the reply box for this thread, it renders in a WYSIWYG fashion. From there, I just use the table/text editing options to modify it as desired. (E.g., I click the buttons to add rows, add columns, add links, etc.) I never directly edit the BB code itself. I just generate it at the end since you wanted it. So far, the table has been simple enough that I haven't tried any external editors to edit the code directly. The normal reply editing tools worked well enough. Edit: Thank you for the shout out in the OP!

This pleading indicates that Mr. Greer was able to pay, in January 2026, a filing fee of $405 to initiate new federal litigation. Despite the Nevada Court expressly providing Mr. Greer the opportunity to seek in forma pauperis status, Mr. Greer did not do so and paid the full filing fee for his latest litigation.
and
Mr. Greer’s decision to initiate new prostitution-related litigation in Nevada rather than comply with orders in this existing litigation in Utah is further evidence of Mr. Greer’s bad faith litigation tactics and willful defiance of this Court’s orders.
