Derek Chauvin rots in prison and I do largely believe had the riots been put down with a hammer and faded from the public eyes, he might've gotten a fairer trial.

If I had to guess, dealing with Chauvin is one of the last things he'll do as President, even if he can't technically pardon him since it's only for federal charges (I think).

Like the J6 people he pardoned, had he done so in 2020 after he lost, they would've been put back in jail after Biden won. I understand why he is waiting but, holy shit, it's infuriating to think that he has been there for more than half a decade by now.

What you're missing is that when the Insurrection Act is invoked the detained belligerents are not adjudicated and released "by woke libtard judges" in civilian courts, they can be adjudicated by military courts and procedures for the duration.

During term 1 and Biden, .mil was still so pozzed that it probably wouldn't have made much difference, but the reforms already enacted by SecWar change the calculus quite a bit.

This is without even getting into making (credible) arguments that Tim Walz is effectively an agent of a foreign power who has assumed executive authority of a state and is fomenting active armed rebellion...
