Hoping in the case that it gets neutrally dropped that it's enough of a scare for Tom not to fuck around with shit like this.

It's called informed consent because it's verbally informed. Body language relying leads to shit like this. Explicitly get permission not maybe, maybe not. She could have been anxious due to flying over and not be secure enough to set clear boundaries. It's a convoluted scenario.

thanks, already been in contact with a lawyer cause i know tom has too. the difficult part of this case is that most of the proof is in his hands (ie the videos) so would need to get a subpoena for that, if his snivelly ass hasnt figured out how to like permawipe it yet.

Be steady and be calm. Internet drama and gossip is secondary and it'll blow over. If you can go your separate ways with a clear message you didn't explicitly consent, good. If you win on the merit of evidence even better for you. You'll be mocked on here but that's inconsequential on a drama gossip forum.

Do not fuck your life up short term without going trough due process. If you do go trough due process it's a clear message you're taking this seriously and avoiding further involvement with needless drama. If it gets dropped you can rest and move on knowing you did what you were supposed to and learn from this experience.

Whilst I appreciate the sentiment the police realistically won't be able to do much, even if it does go somewhere he'll lawyer up and this will all be swept. If they even get the videos on his phone, there are so many ways he can wiggle out of it, especially if he just keeps them privately. I sincerely think ruining his online reputation would be a much harsher blow. The girls are going to be ridiculed and targeted even more if they just dripfeed and don't provide anything concrete and there's a much higher likelihood that this will all be forgotten. Ultimately, it's up to sacramento of course, but that's my two cents
