Looking at the civil war in Yugoslavia, and Sarajevo in particular, I'd say 1% or less of the population actively fighting could start a prolonged civil war depending on circumstances. Once the fighting starts, bystanders get involved, get hurt, get targeted, and people have to take sides. Law enforcement becomes part of the fight instead of a solution to it. The violence escalates until the entire system is consumed by the fight or becomes irrelevant.

I can understand that perspective but IMO it stems from something much more fundamental.

I think women in general are conditioned to look out for the least valued member of the tribe so to speak and that white women specifically are really good at it. This is a great thing in a small tribe of 200 people who are trying to survive a winter because every pair of hands is worth more than the food it takes to feed them. Long term, it eventually leads to scientists and thinkers having a place which is the grounds of civilization. It has also been proven that being kind in this way to livestock makes them more efficient in every way, even as food.

Compassion and sympathy are awesome and white women rule a it.

The problem comes from 2 things
1: White women are conditioned to be extremely empathetic for dealing with extremely stoic and reserved white men who don't complain much. Mix this with black men who are evolved to cry and moan as much as possible due to being raised by black women who can barely be bothered to lift a finger for their own infants and it's like a magnet polarity. (if anybody has that chart from the chinese hospital about how different races handle pain please hmu, i can't find it)
2: Social media generally just fucking everything up by manipulating emotions and fucking with context, you know how it goes. Everyone probably remembers that back in the 90s and most of the 2000s women were amazing to be around. I'm not going to act like men have handled technology perfectly well, but social media specifically ruins women on so many levels.
