Don’t they realize the vehicle could still be moving even if tires are shot, and then still result in getting squashed by the car? I’ve seen tire blowouts while driving, and cars are still very capable of moving with blown out tires.

I think Trump, or the person under him pushing this, understands the extent of the pajeet infestation in the US, and understands it must be address with care to avoid a short-term backlash that prevents further work. I want all the street-shitters gone, too, but as with handling any other pest infestation, there's productive and counterproductive ways of accomplishing it. Burning your house down will kill the cockroaches inside, but then you don't have a house anymore. Sometimes moving slower is worth it if doing so means handling the pests in a way that ensures they will never return while still being able to keep the house.

How the hell did the DoJ get more trials after the first acquittal in the first place? That's bullshit. Wasn't there something in the US Constitution forbidding double jeopardy?
