BEST COUNTRY TO IMMIGRATE TO (other than US) - because I'm fucking unlucky

Recently my country has been put in a no-immigrant-visa list. It's temporary, but who knows how long it will last.

Next summer I will be able to leave my country.

Which one will be a good choice if not US? Here's what I'm looking for:

-Freedom of speech (I know it's only fully possible in US, but something close)
-Self-defence (I know it's only fully possible in US, but something close)
-Low muslim level (so not like Sweden or France etc.)
-High safety level (so not Mexico, Brazil etc.)
-Gives working visas
-Not completely left-wing dictatorship (so not Germany)
-English speaking or at least english-understanding (with a native language that isn't too hard to learn)
-Preferably in Europe
-Will not sent me to jail for posting on kiwifarms (so not Germany or England, as far as I know)

A country in which getting citizenship is easy might also work. I'll get citizenship there then try to go to US.
