The educational nigger issue is two-fold. I personally know white people who didn't learn to read in ghetto nigger schools, but when their families moved out of their low deadly nigger town old houses and away from niggerland, they learned to read real fast in white suburban schools.
The nigger teachers, a lot of the time, can barely read themselves, and barely do their jobs anyway. They're even worse than the white teachers(I hate those nigger loving niggers too). They get away with it because the administrations of the school district and the city are black, and most of them are also familiar with how unruly their nigger spawn are in school(on top of just not really giving a shit and protecting their own), so figure that young niggers not being able to read isn't always the fault of the nigger teachers, the niggers are just niggers.
Additionally, a lot of the time, the nigger children don't even show up to school. They just get marked as present anyway. School districts spend millions of dollars every year for attendance+visitor tracking software, so they can retroactively change attendance for their nigger kids and they can get the full amount of tax dollars for butts in seats.
Anyway, if you live in a county with a lot of niggers, your tax dollars are 100% being used to pay for nigger scams(public schools).

When -- not if, When -- one of these idiots does something that even the press can't spin -- given they're descendants of and in some cases ran by Weather Underground types, I'm guessing pipe bombs / IEDs / hand grenades -- Trump will nail the donors to the wall for financially supporting Terrorism. Can you jam GPS signals? Because these organized anti-American terrorists have been shown having 1-2 laptops in their car organizing GPS tracking of the ICE operations. A quick signal jam to prevent them from reaching out to the Cellphone towers + blocking GPS signals would do wonders.

The only reason I can imagine they're NOT blocking cell service around these operations is they're probably scraping aaaaalll that yummy data. Each one of these idiots' devices is a fingerprint that they can track to meetups, for example. And I wager Signal's encryption isn't impossible to break if you're pulling the live data from the phone as it communicates with the tower -- and that's assuming they're not being fucking retards and using Facebook, Discord, some "for the cause" app like ICE-WATCH or whatever...

When people say "end to end encrypted", they don't mean "encrypted starting after the nearest cell phone tower". The way to circumvent Signal's encryption is to look over the user's shoulder as they use it OR use a sophisticated man-in-the-middle attack that relies on the target blindly trusting new keys for a given account. But doing that would require breaking the transport-layer encryption, which would require compromising a certificate authority or the Signal servers themselves.
