it always made me laugh that even after shitwood's arrests, people still thought/think that will have anything to do with a threat proceeding. you have a better chance of the jury simply believing you were doing the right thing and nullifying the prosecution rather than getting away with it by typing 'in minecraft'.

Most of it isn't actionable. As much as people joke about it, there's a pretty high bar to clear when declaring a statement to be a genuine, actionable threat against the life of the President. Something to bear in mind is to actually convict on something like that, you have to be able to prove a person not only said it, but meant it seriously, is capable of attempting it, has the means to attempt it and has taken steps to carry it out (buying a gun, training at a range, downloading lots of maps of D.C., changing location a lot, etc.). It's often more actionable when someone says "okay, let's actually do this, contact me privately and we'll get started planning" -- rallying others to conspire is a bigger deal.
Well that and the BLM “leaders” blew all that money for “their community” on houses in nice white neighborhoods and various ghetto rich bullshit. Funny how no one is mentioning any of that in these press conferences.
