This should be a boss on a custom VS. Saxton Hale server on TF2. His special ability would be forcing the entire team to sit through is long-winded, whiny robotic speeches which often cover a good chunk of the screen. While this happens, you would also hear a generic text to speech voice speaking these lines.

Oh yeah this always happens. Inevitably one of /cow/'s irc regulars says something to get Robbie Rotten mad, causing him to focus on that person for a few days with a strange hate boner. He kept projecting in irc about how I wanted to fuck him (Robbie) and that I was jealous I couldn't have sex with his teenage self (note Robbie is in his mid to late twenties). Its the same thing that happened with homor and introman etc, he gets obsessed with hatefucking a certain troll. Its funny that Robbie is talking about stalkers when he stalked Chrissy Moran.
