There is nothing I can find in Kick's TOS that says you cannot ban as many people as you want. Kick frowns on mass banning and instead recommends users be timed out. I'm sure it will keep her from reaching her goal of getting paid by the hour.

Kick does not give two shits about how many people you ban. In fact banning on Kick really does nothing; When you get banned on Twitch it will remove you as a follower and subscriber. The person can't see the stream at all. They can't even see chat, On Kick if you are banned you can still see and hear the stream, and chat, you just can't type. You can ban someone on Kick and still get subscription money from them every month until they cancel it. This obviously pisses most cows off if they know about it because they think when they ban someone they are banished to the Ether. but any clippers can still grab them. Or, if she doesn't change the settings, since Kick doesn't have phone verification they can just come right back with a new name, so a few of those banned people are probably people she banned a couple of times.

Kick does have a slow mode and you can limit the age of an account that can follow you, and a slow mode for chat, bit you have to go in and set up the custom times as they both default to seconds and minutes each as options.

Kick is also using AI for moderation, but they also have actual people on customer support who answer really quickly. The AI is a little touchy right now though, it thinks cracker is a slur on the very lowest of hate speech settings. But it's also really quick when it does it's job. so All the people who are chatting in her chat while she is offline thinking a mod is coming in later and deleting, it's just the AI.

Edit: it probably refers to using a script or something to ban a large amount of people in one fell swoop. They actually take bots seriously on Kick and have recently gotten rid of a lot viewbots. The AI mod will now delete obvious spam bots that sell those sorts of services. (like seeing a message with (dot) instead of .com and other things they do to get around everything.)

If this is even true and in the TOS I would guess its against block lists like the Xitty/Twitter had for a while. So if you manually ban thousands of people no one will give a shit, but if you import a list that bans half the Kick userbase in 2 seconds then they probably don't like that.

I'd say that if FFG was telling the truth about saving up for a house with her YouTube earnings, then after five years of this stuff, she ought to have enough for a modest but nice one by now or a very good downpayment for an even fancier one. Recently, she was among to top ten superchat earners on all of YouTube; she may still be.

If she still has her job, she might want to start moving on the house front. Frankly, I hope she gets one.
