Iran Crisis & the 2026 War between Iran and the United States, Gulf States, and Israel - Please focus on news and coverage, not argumentation.

I thought about that. It seems like one of those things that you would need the foresight to set up and I don’t think the equipment is expensive or hard to build. It’s just a matter of setting it up before your country’s ruling dictatorship decides to cut access to the Internet.
They've shut down the internet before, so that's nothing new. Though shutting down local communications, I have no idea if they've done that in the past. If you have hardware in hands, you could easily get it spun up within a hour depending on your needs. Some of the handheld devices that are sub $100 are ready to go once you get them. Hanging and placing repeaters would take longer and a bit more foresight, but for local communications it would work pretty well between family/buddies/group members.

The problem becomes once it is commonplace it would start being attacked by state actors. Presenting the ever present game of cat and mouse.

A U.S. strike would be aimed at sending a message to the ayatollah about killing protesters and not intended to lead to a direct overthrow of the government, officials said while trying and failing to stiffle laughter
Fix'd for you.

So apparently Trump has instructed all US Citizens to get out of Iran.

Ummm? Didn’t the last US Citizens in Iran get the fuck out on the day Reagan was inaugurated? Did nobody tell Trump? This is kind of like ordering US Citizens out of North Korea. I would consider that this might be a subtle way to politely suggest to our Canadian neighbors that they might want to get the hell out, without actually saying it. But while the Trump White House is many things, Subtle is not on the list.

Thinking on it, I suspect If Trump does anything it will likely be directed against the Iranian Air Force and Army Helicopter forces. Things that nobody wants to see turned on the civilian population.
As @John Roguelike points out there are number of retards who having escaped go back to find a cousin to inbreed with and/or get instructions to take back to the sleeper cell. To say nothing of fifth collumnists helping Iran dodge embargoes and sanctions.

I was talking to a guy who worked for some multinational based in one of our Stalwart European Allies and the company got him (iirc) dual citizenship with Switzerland so he could go to Iran on his swiss passport and sell them farming equipment and make arrangements to buy.... some metal or mineral, I forget. But it was effectively barter economy.

What I'm saying is we need to stop allowing dual citizenship.

irl I catch a lot of talk radio at work
I didn't hear a SINGLE FUCKING THING about the Glorious Peoples' Working Truck Of The Proletariat
that shit got shut the FUCK down fast that anybody might be anti-mullah and anti-shah, even if commies are dumb fags who need to be shot

Iranian diaspora in Denmark enter the Iranian embassy and tear down portraits of the Ayatollahs.

Ballsy prank. They seem to be a couple.

Sounded like he yelled something to the effect of "YOU'VE BEEN PRANKED BY THE SHAH REZA PAHLAVI AND THE PEOPLE OF IRAN!" then starts yelling for them to sing and/or to open the door* (presumably so he can beat their asses) while calling them animals, telling them they're afraid of a woman? Called the long-haired guy's parents pussies, lol.

(real Farsi speakers please respond, I want to make sure I get all the nuances of what he's saying. I'm quite out of practice)

* - Avaz kon (imperative "sing!") and dar ra baaz kon (imperative "open the door!") are hard for me to distinguish

I haven't seen it on the news either. I saw some news about how people are protesting here, but nothing about the truck. It would be a big deal any other time.

Or maybe they did and I missed it.

It’s fascinating to me how much of the Iranian diaspora is strongly anti-mullah/IRGC. It’s easy to get blackpilled as a Westerner when you see Pakis arriving by the truckload wanting to turn a quiet town into something resembling Islamabad.
A lot of them left in response to the IR taking power, and by now have had children with a foot in both worlds. That isn't to say they are against Islam or the middle east, but it led a huge portion to have more moderate interpretations and opinions. Even in the ME, you will find many with non-mainstream interpretations of the religion and lifestyle, due to everyone living in a more connected world than ever before. Slight power level, but my mom grew up in Iran watching Bolek and Lolek (polish cartoon) and Kurosawa films.

It was also discussed in this thread or another that a reason why many places in the ME have issues is because many of the ones with some means had chosen to leave the religious fundamentalism of their homes. There is a reason lots of Iranians in the west have a similar reputation to Asians of being in prestigious careers like medicine, engineering, and law.

The mullahs and hardcore fundamentalists have the Islamic world by the balls and it pisses me off, but I have faith this regime falling will kickstart something.

Most “refugees” we see in the west are just economic migrants here to make a buck. Almost all of them would rather be in their own country, if they could make the same money there. They all say they don’t feel “safe” at home but it’s 99% bullshit.

Iranians abroad are not like that. They’re almost all actual refugees and they’d probably go back to Iran if it were safe.

Which sucks because they’re actually way better than all the economic migrants.

Well, make money and enjoy raping white kuffar women.....

Oh and taking free money and housing and medical care from kuffar too.

The Pentagon is presenting a wider range of strike options to the president than previously reported. Targets could include Iran’s nuclear program and ballistic missile sites.

Mr. Trump was recently briefed by the Pentagon on options for a new strike on Iran, The Times reported on Saturday. The strike could take aim at targets in Tehran, including ones associated with domestic security forces that U.S. officials deem to be responsible for attacks on protesters, including the state-backed Basij militia. American officials said such targets were more likely than ones that are part of Iran’s nuclear or ballistic missile programs.
A U.S. strike would be aimed at sending a message to the ayatollah about killing protesters and not intended to lead to a direct overthrow of the government, officials said.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio and other aides have been keeping Mr. Trump apprised of the protests, and he has also been tracking news coverage about them.

If this ends up with the Islamic Republic falling in the next few weeks the "nothing ever happens" people need to be put in suicide holds

Maybe.... Then you see the Sunnis everywhere and the Shia in Iraq being insane fundamentalists

Edit, got smacked with the Banhammer here, my last message is this: Fuck the Ayatollah and the IRGC tards that keep him in power.

Hopefully Trump vaporizers them and frees the good people of Iran to join the 21st century.

If Iran gets freed I'd love to visit.

It's because his great grandfather who was born in Iran moved to India in the 1700s where his grandfather was born, then moved back to Iran in 1834 and married exclusively Persian women, due to that his family were known by the name "Hindi" before Reza Shah made it mandatory to have last names in 1921, in fact Khomeini used Hindi as his pen name when writing poems.

That means that if his great grandfather did marry an Indian woman, Khomeini could only be at most 1/8th Indian
Well that's why Iran went from "up and coming" to shit.

If this ends up with the Islamic Republic falling in the next few weeks the "nkthi ever happens" people need to be put in suicide holds

Baker act them all

Well Iraq has most of the Shia shrines.

youtube hates tor, or maybe I just need to finally update yt-dlp, but pretend that I made a really clever meme out of the "piccolo charging his attack while goku keeps trying to put raditz in a full nelson" scene from DBZA.

"Mr Trump, the Ayatollah is too strong! Isn't there any technique you can use?"
"... hmmm.... can you get him in a full nelson?"

I Have never hated the FTC more than I have now. All of my amerikiwis could have made so much money betting on poly.

Brampf has declared a 25% tariff on any country doing any business with Iran. JD Fag won I guess
my country's media: why does the iran tariff affects brazil badly.
legit fucking funny because the commies in here supply stuff to them, they've been trying to fearmonger a potential iran strike as something bad but no one is biting it.

The Iranian diaspora that you see in the West mainly comprises the Iranian middle class from before the revolution and their children. The regime is based on an alliance between the rich/powerful and the poor/uneducated, leaving little room for anyone in the middle.

We’re talking about teenagers who were rules-lawyered by Islamic doctrine into jumping on tanks with grenades. Generals smirking about it, since they had no tanks of their own, so what else could they do? You could be the greatest engineer but would always get passed over for promotion by a lesser candidate who was connected to the regime or had proven themselves loyal to it. No matter where or when, the middle class is always a bit “gay,” a bit bohemian. They like their foreign art and culture. Such people do not do well under a sudden Islamic theocracy with police of virtue and vice. They had the incentive, the financial means, and the skill set, allowing them to uproot and move to the West.

That was then. An Iranian immigrant coming off the boat today has no such pedigree.
