Not sure if someone has laid this out, so sorry if someone explained this already and I'm just being a fag.
The police -- particularly feds -- are trained that if they feel that life or limb or an imminent danger to the community is present, they can use lethal force. That's why if you chuck a brick at them, they can open fire on the person and there is a very good chance they won't get charged with murder. So, with these shit heads ramming the vehicles and aiming at the agents they have been incredibly lucky this hasn't already happened. Ramming the car isn't a shootable offense but going for the agent on the ground makes it very easy for him to articulate how/why he felt it was felt in that moment (not hindsight, the courts recognize this) there was a threat to life, limb, or an imminent danger to the community.
The ugly lesbian getting blasted video shows the agents approaching the car, one sticks his hand into the vehicle and i presume instructing her to stop trying to drive away. Then you see the agent in front of the vehicle while she drives forward. He blasts her in her carpet munching mug and puts another shot from the side. The agent with his arm in the vehicle also could theoretically have shot, as he could have been dragged, had his foot ran over, etc. The guy in front can say she hit him, and he felt in grave danger too (they stress you don't even have to fear for your life...). So those shitheads in portland thinking ramming is a good idea, don't realise the thin line they are dancing on. Drive near an agent at a high rate of speed? They can blast. Hell, drive towards them and stop suddenly and they can blast you.
Feds are not local cops that are cucked by local politicians.
Another thing that no one is mentioning and is very important. If the feds clear the shooters in these last couple of events, that is pretty much it. If a state tries, the feds literally pluck the case from state courts, put it in federal jurisdiction, and they remove it. It is the same if going after the agents in civil court, as long as the agents are acting in the purview of their duties its the US government on the hook financially. I'm not expert in the legal shit; but without powerleveling, it is something I have experince with. Some law fag might be able to explain it better but that's the jist.
If the adminstration backs the fed agents on the ground it's open season if libtards want to FAFO
