They park outside the base and beg someone with a license to come over and drive it in. If they dont have the right permit to enter the base, how the fuck are they allowed to ship it? While I don't support jeets shipping anything or even being in this country this doesn't mean anything at all. You have to understand that a military base is a small city,

You have grocery stores, regular stores similiar to walmart, gyms full of gym equipment and towels, offices, food, lumber, building materials.

It makes WAY more sense to have regular truckers haul innocuous bullshit then to give clearance to military bases to a thousand random truckers. Anything that's remotely secure isn't shipped by truckers anyway it's almost always moved by the military itself which has entire units devoted primarily to transport. The cost to clear those truckers is way fucking higher then just having a smaller group of cleared drivers to do essentially last mile delivery.

I get how someone who knows nothing about military bases might not understand this but this is actually the more logical and secure policy.
